In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. KA.NI-2-136/XI-9(42)/l7-U.P.Act-l-2017-Order-(99)-2018 Dated 30-01-2018, namely:-

In the said notification, in the fifth proviso, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2022", the figures, letters and words "28th day of July, 2022" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on 5th July, 2022.
