In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. I of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification no.-KA.NI.-2-807/XI-9(47)/17 U.P. Act-l-2017-Order-(35)-2019 Dated 28.05.2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 18th July, 2022.
