THE CHHATTISGARH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION No. 39/2021 - State Tax, No. F 10 -17/2022/CT/V(38), Dated, 1st April 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of .the Chhattisgarh Act (No. 2 of 2022) The Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, the State Government hereby appoints the 1 st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
