In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (U.P Act No. 40 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, hereby appoints the 28th day of March, 2021, as the date on which the section 1 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
