THE UTTAR PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, (U.P Act No. 40 of 2021) the Governor, hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
