THE HARYANA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notification

Body Notification No. 74/GST-2, Dated 31st December, 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2021 (27 of 2021), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and sections 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
