In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints the 1st day of January 2022, as the date from which the provisions of rule 2, rule 3, clause (i) of rule 6 and rule 7 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Eighth amendment) Rules, 2021 shall come into force.
