In pursuance of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Ninth Amendment) Rules, 2021, Notification(4-H)/2021, dated the 7th December 2021 published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, dated the 7th December, 2021, the Government of Karnataka, hereby notifies the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date from which the provisions of rule (3), rule (4), clause (i) of rule (7) and rule (8) of the said rules, shall come into force.
