In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021(Karnataka Act No. 39 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 1st day of June, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of section 6 of the said Act shall come into force.
