APGST ACT, 2017- DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SECTION 167 OF THE APGST ACT, 2017.

In exercise of the Powers conferred by Section 167 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 the Chief Commissioner of State Tax hereby directs that Sri Ch. Rajeswara Reddy, I.R.S. (2009) Special Commissioner (FAC), Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax shall exercise the functions to be performed under this Act in relation to the Enforcement activities of Commercial Taxes Department of Andhra Pradesh.
