Sub :-APGST Act, 2017 - Extension of the time limit for furnishing of the annual return specifed under section 44 of APGST Act, 2017 for the fnancial year 2019-20 till 31.03.2021- Reg.

In exercise of the powers conferreed by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Anedhra Praedesh Gooeds aned Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), reaed with rule 80 of the Anedhra Praedesh Gooeds aned Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Chief Commissioner, on the recommenedations of the Gooeds aned Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amenedment to the proceeedings issueed in CCST Ref.No.CCW/GST/74/2015, edateed 28-01-2021, namely:-

In the saied proceeedings, for the fgures "28.02.2021", the fgures "31.03.2021" shall be substituteed.
