In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.17/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2020, namely:-

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.17/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2020, in the first paragraph, for the words "one hundred crore rupees", the words "fifty crore rupees" shall be substituted with effect from the lst day of April, 2021.
