In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Act No. 4 of 2020), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provision of section 13 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020, shall be deemed to have come into force. .
