In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (2) of section 1 of the The Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax(Amendment) Act, 2020 [ Chhattisgarh Act (No 17 of 2020) ] (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 14 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
