In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 86B of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereafter in this order referred to as the said rules), I, Abhishek Bhagotia, Chief Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby, authorise the proper officers of the rank of Joint/ Deputy/ Assistant Commissioner(s), State Tax for carrying out the purpose under Rule 86B of the said rules, subject to the condition that the said authorisation shall be exercised only within their respective jurisdiction.

This order shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st Day of January, 2021.
