In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Act, 2020 (Act No. 23 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 of the said Act shall come into force.
