In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment), Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no.5 of 2020) hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the Governor/hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 10th day of November, 2020.
