In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.17/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2020, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.17/GST-2, dated the 31st March, 2020, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of January, 2021, for the words "five hundred crore rupees", the words "one hundred crore rupees" shall be substituted.
