NOTIFICATION G. O .MS. No. 358, Dated: 18-11-2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No.301, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated 16.5.2019, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of August, 2020", the figures, letters and words "31st day of October, 2020" shall be substituted.
