In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act No.20 of 2020), (hereafter in this Notification referred to as the said Act), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 30thday of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 2 and 13 of the said Act, shall come into force.
