ORDER:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Chief Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following Amendment to the proceedings issued in CCW/GST/74/2015, dated 14.05.2020, namely:-

AMENDEMENT

In the said proceedings, for the figures, letters and Words "30th September, 2020", the figures, letters and words "31st October, 2020" shall be substituted.
