In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Ordinance, 2020 (Bihar Ordinance 11, 2020), the Commissioner of State Tax hereby appoints the 21st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Ordinance, 2020 (Bihar Ordinance 11,2020), shall come into force.
