In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act. 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 10 of 2020). the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 01st day of September. 2020. as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act. 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 10 of 2020). shall come into force.

2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of September. 2020.
