In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (37 of 2019), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the said Act, shall come into force.
