In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Service Tax (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (U.P. Ordinance No. 15 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance), the Governor, hereby appoints the 30thday of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 02 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
