In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of Uttar Pradesh Goods and Service Tax (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (U.P. Ordinance No. 15 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance), the Governor, hereby appoints the 18th day of May, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 11 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
