In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor of Assam is pleased to constitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam consisting of the following officers, namely:-

1. Additional Commissioner / Joint Commissioner, Central GST, Guwahati

2. Additional Commissioner of State tax, Assam / Joint Commissioner of State tax, Assam

This notification shall supersede the notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/287 dated 30th December, 2019 issued by the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, No. 9 dated 7th January, 2020 and shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
