In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints the 8th day of June, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of rule 67A of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 as inserted vide the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2020 notified vide Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.47/GST-2, dated the 27th May, 2020, shall come into force.
