In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Rajasthan Goods and Sendees Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), hereinafter referred as the said Act, read with rule 109A of the Rajasthan Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017 and notification no. F.12(30)FD/Tax/2018-19 dated 14th May, 2018 issued by the State Government, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner of State Tax. Rajasthan, Jaipur, hereby order that all Additional Commissioner (Appeals) authorised to act as Appellate Authority under the said Act shall also discharge the function of Joint Commissioner (Appeals) for the territorial jurisdiction assigned to such Appellate Authority.
