In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Rajasthan,Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, read with section 171 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendation of Council, hereby constitutes a State level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering consisting of the following officers, namely:-

a. Sh. Pramod Kumar Singh, Principal Commissioner, CGST & C. Ex., Jaipur, CBIC, Rajasthan, as an Officer of the Central Government,

b. Sh. Ramesh Chand Lakhotia, Additional Commissioner (MEA and Tax Compliance), Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan, as an Officer of State Government.
