Subject: Authorization under rule 86A of the WBGST Rules, 2017

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by the provisions of rule 86A of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, I do hereby authorize the classes of Officers specified in column (3) of the Table below to exercise and perform the duties as required by or under the provisions of the rule referred to in column (2) of the said Table, subject to the condition that the said authorization shall be exercised only within their respective jurisdiction.
