In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby reconstitutes the State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering for the State of Andhra Pradesh consisting of the following members:-

a. Central Member-Principal Commissioner, Visakhapatnam CGST Commissionerate, Visakhapatnam.

b. State Member - Commissioner of State Tax, (Audit), O/o Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Edupugallu, Vijayawada.

2. The Committee shall function from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Edupugallu, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
