In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No. 5 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, shall come into force.
