In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supersession of the notification issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 30/CT/2017-18, dated 11th September, 2017, published in the Gazette of Puducherry Part-I, No. 143, dated 11th September, 2017, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby reconstitute the State-level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the Union territory of Puducherry, with the following Members, namely:-

(1) Commissioner, GST and Central Excise, Puducherry Commissionerate; as nominated by the Central Government; and

(2) Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Puducherry.
