In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (No. 4 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1 st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 21, except section 3, section 8, section 11 and sections 14 to 20 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (No. 4 of 2019), shall come into force.
