In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (37 of 2019), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8, 9, 11 to 13 and 21 of the said Act, shall come into force.
