In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of rule 5 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2019 notified vide Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.69/GST-2, dated the 18th July, 2019 shall come into force.
