In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in supersession of the Notification No.FD 47 CSL 2017 Dated 28.08.2017, published in Part-IVA of the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary No.844 Dated 28th August 2017, the Government of Karnataka hereby constitute the State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Karnataka consisting of:-

(1) Shri. Anil Kumar Nigam, Commissioner, Bengaluru South GST Commissionerate and

(2) Shri. K.V. Satyaprakash, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Audit), Bengaluru.
