In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor is pleased hereby to constitute the West Bengal Screening Committee on anti-profiteering consisting of the following officers:-

(a) Smt. Smaraki Mahapatra, Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal, and

(b) Shri Devendra V. Nagvenkar, Commissioner, CGST & CX, Kolkata Zone.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 15th day of September, 2017.
