In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the AndhraPradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies that the implementation of rules of e-waybill, for intra state movement of goods with effect from 1st day of February, 2018 as notified in GOMs No 34, Revenue(CT-Il) dept dated 24.01.2018, is suspended within the state of Andhra Pradesh till 7th day of February, 2018 and shall come into force from .8th day of February,2018.
