In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in notification no. KA.NI.-2-809/XI-9(47)/l7-U.P.Act-1 -2017-Order-(37)-2019 Dated 28 May, 2019, namely

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st October, 2019.
