In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby reconstitutes the State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering for the State of Andhra Pradesh consisting of the following members:-

a. Central Member- Sri S.Faheem Ahmed, Principal Commissioner, Visakhapatnam CGST Commissionerate, Visakhapatnam.

b. State Member - Sri G.Venkateswarlu, Commissioner of State Tax, (Audit), O/o Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Edupugallu, Vijayawada.

2 The Committee shall function from the Office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Edupugallu, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
