Body NOTIFICATION No. KA.NI-2-1647/Xl-9(42)/17-U.P. GST Rules-2017-Order-(62)-2019 , Dated : 07th November, 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017) the Governor, hereby appoints the 24th day of September, 2019. as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Thirtieth Amendment) Rules, 2019 (Notification No.KA.NI.-2-1168/XI-9(42)/17-U.P. GST Rules-2017-Order-(49)-2019 Dated 06th August, 2019) shall come into force.
