Body Notification No. 43/2019 - State Tax, No. F-10-39/2019/CT/V(93) , dated : 30th September, 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the subsection (1) of section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 14/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-12/2019/CT/V(32), dated the 7th March, 2019 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 87, dated the 11th March, 2019, namely:-

This notification shall come into force on the 1st October, 2019.
