In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No KA.NI-2- 829/XI-9(42)/17-U.P. GST Rules-2017-Order-(40)-2019 Dated 4th June, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21 day of August, 2019" the figures, letters and words "21st day of November, 2019" shall be substituted.
