In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supercession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/284(d)/2018, published at page 1 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 16th March, 2018, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Tamil Nadu consisting of the following officials, namely:-

(i) Tmt. G. Laxmi Priya, IAS, Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement-I, Chennai; and

(ii) Tmt. P. Hemavathi, Principal Commissioner, GST, Chennai North Commissionerate, Chennai.

2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 6th August, 2019.
