In exercise of the power conferred by sub section (1) of section (4) of the Uttar Pradesh Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act. no-1of 2017), the Governor is pleased to appoint Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Uttar Pradesh as the "Revisional Authority" defined under sub section (99) of section 2 of the said Act and authorises the Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Uttar Pradesh to delegate his/her revisional powers conferred by section 108 of the said Act to any officer who is subordinate to him. No additional wages, allowances, etc. will be payable to the concerned officer for this work.
