In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, the Governor of Haryana, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 58/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 58/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, for the figures and words "21st day of June, 2019", the figures and word "21st day of August, 2019" shall be substituted.
