In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 31/2016- Customs(N.T.), dated the 1st March, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section- 3, Sub-section (i) videnumber G.S.R.219(E), dated the 1st March, 2016, the expression " numbers or Cigar upto 50 or Tobacco 250 grams" appearing in column (3) of TABLE, shall be read as " up to100 sticks or Cigars upto 25 or Tobacco up to125 grams"
