No bilateral safeguard measure on an originating good shall be taken after expiry of the transition period for that originating good which shall be from the date of entry into force of the Trade Agreement till seven years after the date of completion of tariff reduction or completion of tariff elimination under the Trade Agreement, as the case may be for that originating good.
